Five institutions make up the World Bank Group to collectively serve as a vital source of financial and technical assistance to developing countries. They are tackling these challenges through financing, customizing development solutions, leveraging knowledge, research and technology, and by bringing people together to solve complex problems.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) works to achieve sustainable growth and prosperity for all of its 190 member countries. International Association of Public Participation (IAP2) is the preeminent international organization advancing the practice of public participation. IAP2 aims to promote and improve the practice of public participation in relation to individuals, governments, institutions, and other entities that affect the public interest around the world. IAP2 carries out this mission by serving the learning needs of its members, promoting results-oriented research, and providing technical assistance to improve public participation.

International City/County Management Association (ICMA)

International City/County Management Association (ICMA) originally called the International City Managers' Association is an association representing professionals in local government management. Since the late 1980s, ICMA has implemented over 500 programs in more than 70 countries, delivering hands-on assistance by tapping into the knowledge and skillset of its members, who provide long-term learning, mentorship, and partnership opportunities for their counterparts in local government. ICMA's membership consists of more than 13,000 local government professionals worldwide.

International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC)

International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), the International Federation of Consulting Engineers, is the global representative body for national associations of consulting engineers and represents over one million engineering professionals and 40,000 firms in more than 100 countries worldwide. FIDIC has a mission of representing consulting engineering globally, including through promoting the interests of companies, organizations and engineers who provide technology-based services. The organization arranges a number of seminars and training courses, including the World Consulting Engineer Conference.

International Public Management Network (IPMN)

International Public Management Network (IPMN) is a non-profit network started in 1996 by a small group of public management scholars from different countries who firmly believed in the necessity of promoting public management debate among academics and practitioners following an international and interdisciplinary approach. It provides a forum for sharing ideas, concepts and results of research and practice in the field of public management, and to stimulate critical thinking about alternative approaches to problem solving and decision making in the public sector.

It brings people together in a powerful worldwide coalition to end the devastating impact of corruption on men, women and children around the world. It is present in more than 100 countries and works with partners in government, business and civil society to put effective measures in place to tackle corruption. Its most notable publications include the Global Corruption Barometer and the Corruption Perceptions Index.

Global Integrity is a learning-centered organization that connects frontline actors and global players to help them navigate complex governance challenges with a systems change mindset. Unlike traditional charities, Global Integrity is a hybrid organization that seeks to generate earned revenue to support its public-interest mission. Global Integrity's reporting has been cited by over 50 newspapers worldwide, and is used by the World Bank, USAID, Millennium Challenge Corporation and other donor agencies to evaluate aid priorities.
